Billing, Shipping & Refund Policy

  • Purchases will appear as "Osoberry Habitat Service" on your financial institution's billing statements.

  • Please note we do not ship live plant materials, but are happy to schedule a pickup time for local orders. All orders are shipped weekly via USPS Priority Mail. If necessary, larger orders are packed in recycled materials whenever possible to reduce waste, but will be labeled for easy identification. Shipping & Handling is free for all orders over $60 USD. 

  • All sales are final. We are not responsible for any damages and/or delays in delivery that may ensue after your order has been shipped and/or delivered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Furthermore we do not provide refunds or exchanges for seeds, cannot accept returns of seeds or live plants, and offer no guarantees on the efficacy of soil amendment products.

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time via your Account page or by contacting us at  Info@Ghostflowergrange.com. If cancelled within 14 days of your monthly billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period at the time of cancellation.
